wine. By placing your order you have represented to Bottle Hill Wines & Liquors
that you are at least 21. All wines delivered must be received by an adult of
legal drinking age.
Our trucks make free deliveries to most of Morris and Union Counties for orders over $60. We use common carriers for all other deliveries.
We offer 4 shipping options:
- Ground Service - approximately 2-5 business days in transit
- 2nd Day Air - 2 business days in transit
- Next Day Air - 1 business day in transit
- Local Delivery (Morris & Union counties only)
An email will immediately acknowledge receipt of your order, while a second email will confirm your
order has been processed and is prepared for shipment. We will contact you by the end of the next business
day if there is any problem with your order. While we make every effort to show accurate product listings on our
website, Bottle Hill Wines & Liquors is not responsible for typographical, pricing errors, and omissions.

Returns
WineRx.com is committed to 110% customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it ASAP. Please note, any problems with your order must be brought to our attention within 10 days of the delivery date.
If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can't take back any empty bottles! If you find any errors regarding your order, please call our order department (973-822-1443) or send an e-mail to customerservice@WineRx.com right away. WineRx.com will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.

However if you wish to return your wine for any reason other than store error you may do so only with prior Return Authorization. Return authorization will be issued at the discretion of WineRx.com. Due to the nature of the items sold, items may not be subject to return approval. Please note: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
**Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from WineRx to the purchaser in the State of New Jersey and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from New Jersey to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, WineRx is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from WineRx, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
