On these fine terroirs of Cotes de Bourg, I like to combine the Merlot that gives "flesh" and the Cabernet that structures with elegance. The fruity and fresh final touch, I entrust to the Malbec, this old grape variety that is becoming rare... The ageing is done in barrels; with delicacy; for just the right harmony.
